  1. How can I import my address book into SpamEater Pro Approved Senders using a comma-delimited text file?
    1. Export your address book in your e-mail client program to a CSV file in the format (one record per line): Full Name, e-mail address.
    2. In SpamEater Pro, select Tools/Import Address Book.
    3. Click on the 'Delimited Text File Import Engine' in the list, and then click the Import button.
    4. Read the Information message and then click OK.
    5. Browse where you saved the CSV file, click on it and then click the Open button
Your addresses will be imported, then and a message is shown at the end indicating the number of addresses that were successfully imported.

  2. What is the meaning of the action for rules of Flag?
Flagging messages is a means of saying that a message 'might be spam'. This allows you to create multiple rules with an action of Flag that indicate a message in and of themselves are not necessarily spam, but there's a good chance that they are. Then you can specify in Preferences, how many Flag rules get hit before a message is rejected. By default this is 3 - meaning that if 3 rules are hit that have an action of Flag - reject the message.
