SpyFighter Cleaner Pro 3.0 - User Guide and FAQ

1. Downloading http://spyfighter.com/tmp/HijackThis.exe
   -Copy the link into your browser window and click ENTER
   -Select a folder to which you would like to save the file and save it
   
   
2. Running HijackThis.exe
   -Find the folder to which the file has been saved and double click on the file
   -Hijackthis.exe will open a window. Press "Scan" once in the lower left-hand corner
   -Find "save log" and click on it. Then select a folder to which you will be saving hijackthis.log
   
   
3. Emailing hijackthis.log
   -Open the mail client and attach the hijackthis.log to your email.
   We will also need your zoo.idx and zoo.dat files. They are in the same folder with SpyFighter. Please, attach them to your email as well.
   
   
4. You will then be able to retrieve updates with the help of the "update" option.

3. Can I use SpyFighter if I don't register it?
   You are free to use SpyFighter Scanner to scan as long as you want, however, it will only scan the system, in order to remove, you should pay a one time registration fee.
   
   
4. It says Found 6 objects..., but it only removes 4 objects, why?
   That's because some of malware objects such as a dll file is being using by other process. If you experience this problem, try to close all Internet Explorer windows and try to remove again. If you still can't remove all objects, you have to reboot and try to remove again.
   
   
5. Can you customize a cleaner for me depending on HijackThis log file?

6. I recently paid and downloaded the spyfighter software and although the scanning part of the cleanup works fine when I try to remove the spy and adware on my machine the system crashes and a blue screen comes up stating that there is a critical error ! Could you explain what I do in this situation please?
   If your computer shuts down after you try using the removal option, it's best that you clean your computer in safe mode.
