Frequently Asked Questions - SpyZooka

  1. SpyZooka Scan did not find any suspicious files?
    If you have the latest definitions file, this means your system is clean of spyware. However, we recommend daily scans and updates to the signature file.

  2. Scanning process is slow and takes a long time to complete.
    Scanning speed depends on various reasons, like your computer configuration and number of files in your system. We recommend you to wait until the scan is complete then remove the malicious objects found.

  3. SpyZooka did not remove my spyware, adware, dialer, trojan, or hijacker.
    Have you run a Full Scan? This will normally solve your problem. Please follow these directions:
    1. Open SpyZooka
    2. Click Start Scan
    3. Choose the Full Scan option
    4. Click Scan
    5. Remove or Quarantine the objects found

    If you still experience spyware or adware problems please follow these directions:
    1. Open SpyZooka
    2. Click Start Scan
    3. Perform a Quick Scan
    4. After the scan is complete you will be forwarded to the Results screen (If for some reason you are not forwarded to the Results screen click on the Results link in the bottom right corner of SpyZooka)
    5. Click on the Scan Report tab
    6. Enter your email address in the email address field and enter any comments you have about the problems you are experiencing
    7. Click Send Report. A detailed scan report will be sent to a Certified SpyZooka Agent who will issue you a free update in 24 hours (or less) that will remove 100% of your spyware
