1. How Do I Upgrade A Program Included With Parental Control Suite?
   If a newer version of one of the products included with Parental Controol Suite (SpyBuddy, WebMail Spy, or ChatBlocker) is released, simply visit the Upgrade Center and request which product within the Parental Control Suite you wish to have upgraded to the latest version. Assuming that a new major release of the product has not been released since you purchased the software, you will receive the upgrade within 12-24 hours.
