This is where you make your output type and quality selections.

Allowed Input, Output and Playable file types are shown in the lists to the right.

Selecting Show ToolTips, will show pop-up ToolTips when you hover over most items on all of the interface windows. Unchecking it turns this feature off. (Except for hovering over output location labels).

Selecting Keep on top, keeps the Options window in front.
