  1. What is WMA?
    A digitized sound file format for Microsoft Windows, which has ".wav" as the file name extension. Most pre-mastering software ill extract CD (CD-audio) tracks and write them to the hard disk as a Wav file. Wav files can have various qualities of sound depending on how they are created or saved, but the most common is 44,100 Hz, 16 bit, stereo (equivalent to audio track on CD).


  2. How to set the begin-time/end-time for my file?
    Set time by pre-listen that song. Single-click on the file to select it, click "Play" button to play it, click "Set begin- time" button to change begin-time, click "Set end-time" button to change end-time, click "ok" button to notarize.


  3. How to fine-tune the begin-time/end-time in second?
    To fine-tune the begin-time/end-time in second, just click the button beside "begin-time bar" and "end-time bar". Please notice that begin-time must be smaller than end-time, click "ok" button to notarize.


  4. How to pre-listen my cutted file?
    In MP3 Audio Splitter Joiner, there is a small audio player. You can listen your original file from begin to end, or pre-listen your cutted file from the begin-time to end-time you have set for this file. To listen the file rom begin to end, please uncheck "Pre-listen". To pre-listen the file from begin-time to end-time, please check "Pre-listen".


  5. I have multiple files to cut, could I do that in one time?
    Yes, you can do that with MP3 Audio Splitter Joiner. Select one file and then set begin-time/end-time for it, the change will be showed on filelist. Set the begin-time/end-time for every file you want to change, click "Cut" button, then those files will be cut one by one.


  6. I want to edit my created files' name, could MP3 Audio Splitter Joiner do that?
    Yes, you can edit the name in MP3 Audio Splitter Joiner. For cutting, please double-click on the file you want to edit, then write your file name. For marging, write your file name in save dialog.


  7. When I create MP3/OGG file, an error " Don't support this MP3/OGG format, please reset. " appear, why?
    It because you have set high frequency and low bitrate or have set low frequency and high bitrate. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate such as set frequency to 48KHz and bitrate to 128Kbps or set frequency to 8KHz and bitrate to 32Kbps.


  8. How to get smaller files?
    To create small file, please lower the parameters. But the lower the parameters, the lower the quality of your created file, though the smaller the file. In other words, the higher the parameters, the higher the quality of your created file, but the larger the file. Please increase/decrease frequency and bitrate accordingly. I mean, 48000 Hz frequency will not accept 8Kbps bitrate, please lower the frequency or high the bitrate and so on.
