Converting with MIDI to MP3 converter

  • To convert an MIDI to an MP3, you need only do according to the below steps:
    1. Launch the software MIDI to MP3 Converter
    2. Click the radio "Convert MIDI to MP3"
    3. Click the button "Open..." to open an MIDI file
    4. Click the button "Save..." to enter an MP3 file name to save
    5. Click the button "Convert" to start and wait.


  • To convert an MIDI to a WAV, you need only do according to the below steps:
    1. Launch the software MIDI to MP3 Converter
    2. Click the radio "Convert MIDI to WAV"
    3. Click the button "Open..." to open an MIDI file
    4. Click the button "Save..." to enter a WAV file name to save
    5. Click the button "Convert" to start and wait.


Frequently Asked Questions - MIDI to MP3 Converter

  1. Why the converted WAV or MP3 file has no sound?
    Please click the button "Control..." from the main window. Then you will see a control panel, from there you may select a correct device, it may be "Mono Out", "Stereo Mixer", "WAV Out", or something else. And you may click the menu item "Options > Properties..." to open the property dialog, set the radio to "Recording" and check all the devices from the listbox.

  2. Why the converted WAV or MP3 file's sound volume is too high or too low?
    Please click the button "Control..." from the main window. Then you will see a control panel, from there you may adjust the checked control's volume to a lower/higher value.

  3. When converting an MIDI to MP3, why the MP3 file can not be generated?
    Please try to copy the original MIDI to a simple folder and rename the file to a simple one like "c:\test1\exam1.mid". Then please also set the output MP3's path and file name to a simple one like "c:\test2\exam2.mp3". When this done, try it again.

  4. When converting a WAV to MP3, why it reports an error?
    Please see also the above question. Try to copy the orignal WAV to a simple folder and rename the file to a simple one like "c:\test1\exam1.wav". Then please also set the output MP3's path and file name to a simple one like "c:\test2\exam2.mp3". When this done, try it again.

  5. Why the output audio has noise? How to do?
    Please run command "Sndvol32.exe /p" from your computer's "Start > Run..." dialog. Then check the control "Microphone" to "Mute", or check other controls to "Mute", or check all items to "Mute". Then try to convert it again.

  6. How to convert the MIDI to WAV or MP3 silently without playing the original MIDI file?
    Please run command "Sndvol32.exe /p" from your computer's "Start > Run..." dialog. Then check the volume control to "All Mute". Please pay attention that you must uncheck the "All Mute" after conversion, otherwise, when you play an audio file, it will have no sound.
