Converting

1. Click the Convert button.
2. Choose the RM file that you want to convert by clicking on the Browse button. You can preview the file by clicking on the blue-colored play button. Now click Next to continue.
3. Choose the output format that you want and set the optional settings. Next click the Browse button and give the converted file a name. Finally, click the Done button.
4. The file to be converted is now added to the job list. You can click the Execute Jobs button to begin processing or add another job to the list.

Splitting

1. Click the Split button. The following dialog will be displayed. Click the browse button to choose the file that you want to split. Then click the Split button to mark the starting and ending points on the video file that you want to split.
2. When you click the Split button, the following dialog will be showed. Click the Start Time and End Time buttons to mark the starting and ending points in the video file to be splitted. Finally, click the Done button.
3. You can now choose the type of format to be converted to and set the optional settings. Finally, Browse to give your output file a name and click the Done button. The new splitting job will be added to the job list.
4. You can now proceed to split the file by clicking on the Execute Jobs button.

Joining

1. Click the Join button .
2. You will see the dialog below. Add the RM file that you want to join by clicking on the Add button: You can preview the file by click on play button. Click Next to continue.
3. Choose the output format that you want and set the optional settings. Next click the Browse button and give the joined file a name. Finally, click the Done button.
4. The file to be joined is now added to the job list. You can click the Execute Jobs button to begin processing or add another job to the list.

1. Is it possible to convert an RM file to DivX or Xvid format?
   Yes, but you will have to install DivX and Xvid codec. After installing DivX and Xvid codec, you can select DivX or Xvid codec in the Video Compression pull down combobox.
   
   
2. I have converted an RM file to MPEG2, SVCD or DVD formats. Unfortunately, I cannot play the converted file with Media Player.
   This is because of there is no MPEG2 and DVD CODECs installed on your system. You should install the CODECs. You can install the free driver called K-Lite Codec Pack.
