1. What happens after I send in the order?
   Normally, you will receive your registration information from RegNow.com in a few minutes after sending the online order form.If you do not receive your registration information within 12 hours, or you have lost the registration email, please contact us at support@hifi-soft.com. We will be glad to help you.
   
   
2. I lost my license code, can you send again?
   If you registered and, for whatever reason, have lost the register information, simply email to sales@hifi-soft.com and we will resend your code as soon as possible. Remember to tell us your order ID.
   
   
3. How to register?
   To register, click "Settings" and active the registration form, then input the registration name and code EXACTLY as what we have sent you. The register information will be sent as 'Register Name: ### Register Code: ###'. Please try to copy the register information instead of typing it one by one letter, for it is difficult to identify letter 'l' from number '1' and identify letter 'o' from number '0'. After doing that, press 'Register' button then a message will appear to inform you that you have successfully registered. You are now a registered owner of our productsr!

6. How easy is it to download and install/uninstall?
   Installing our programs are very easy. First, visit our download page, click on a download link, and the download should start automatically. Then, choose 'Run from current location" to let the installation wizard automatically start when the download completes. Finally, when the installation program launches, simply follow the on-screen instructions from there to install the program to your computer.
