   A. The IBC presents live eBay auction data in a different way allowing for more auction data to occupy a smaller area of a user's computer screen. By hovering over the end time, auction title, price, and clicking the distance, the user has control over items that may interest them without wasting space on items which are not of interest.

   A. No, it just provides a way for you, the consumer, to find the items you are looking for on eBay in your area.
