Enter your accumulated time in the Start Balance box. Track your days by entering the days you took off from work in the boxes above the "Date" Next to the date box is a smaller box for the number of days that you took off. These days will be subtracted from the top box called Start Balance and the remainder will be shown in the box called Balance.
