1. Is Multi-Project-Planner a multi user system?
   No.
   You may install Multi-Project-Planner on a server and create shortcuts to it from the PC's on your net.
   But only one user at a time can use Multi-Project-Planner. The system will ensure that itself.
   
   
2. Can I move the program from one machine to another?
   Yes. But you are not entitled to make a copy of registred version.
   
   
3. I have a work team where the leader only wants to work together with a distinct set colleages. How?
   Fill the "Preferred Employees" list at the work team with those employees, that can work together.
   The automatic resource allocation rutine will only pick employees from this list, provided they got the necessary competencies.
   
   
4. I have a work team where the leader can work together with every one except A and B. How?
   Fill the "Preferred Employees" list at the work team with all employes and then remove A and B from the list.
   The automatic resource allocation routine will only pick employees from this list, provided they got the necessary competencies.
   
   
5. I am running a consultancy company, where the teams are structured around the senior consultans and the other assignments vary from task to task. How do I accomplish that?
   Create a Work Team for every senior consultant, name the Work Team after the consultant and add the consultant to the preferred employees list at the work team. This way only the senior consultant will be asssigned to the task automaticaly.
   Assign the rest of the team manualy by dragging the employees onto the task.
