About the Workflow Bar

The Workflow bar Located on the left of the RiskyProject workspace, the Workflow bar allows you to quickly select and open Views. The order of the views in the workflow bar reflects recommended project risk management workflow. The Workflow bar can be turned on and off from within the Options dialog box (view tab) or the View menu. In addition,the Workflow bar can be turned off by clicking the X in the title bar (top of Workflow). is designed to allow you to quickly switch between different views. It is called the Workflow bar because it represents the recommended workflow that you should use to create and analyze your projects. Click on the icon in the workflow bar to switch to different views.

Not all icons can fit into the workflow bar. To open a view Located on the left of the RiskyProject workspace, the Workflow bar allows you to quickly select and open Views. The order of the views in the workflow bar reflects the recommended project risk management workflow. The Workflow bar can be turned on and off from within the Options dialog box (view tab) or the View menu. In addition,the Workflow bar can be turned off by clicking the X in the title bar (top of workflow bar). not shown in the Workflow bar, click the All Views icon in the Workflow bar. The Views dialog box opens. To open a view, click on its associated icon.

To close the Workflow bar in the active document:

Click on the X located on the right side of the title bar.

To restore workflow bar in the current document:

Choose View > Workflow Bar from the menu.

To enable or disable the Workflow bar by default:
  1. From the Tools menu, choose Options.
    Or
    Click the Options button on the toolbar. The Options dialog box opens.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Locate the Show or hide startup views group box at the bottom of the dialog box.
  4. Select the Workflow check box to open the Workflow bar by default.
    Or
    Clear the Workflow check box to hide the Workflow bar by default.
About the Views Toolbar

The Views toolbar is an alternative to the Workflow bar Located on the left of the RiskyProject workspace, the Workflow bar allows you to quickly select and open Views. The order of the views in the workflow bar reflects recommended project risk management workflow. The Workflow bar can be turned on and off from within the Options dialog box (view tab) or the View menu. In addition,the Workflow bar can be turned off by clicking the X in the title bar (top of Workflow).. To open a view Located on the left of the RiskyProject workspace, the Workflow bar allows you to quickly select and open Views. The order of the views in the workflow bar reflects the recommended project risk management workflow. The Workflow bar can be turned on and off from within the Options dialog box (view tab) or the View menu. To identify the button, place your cursor over the button and flyover help will identify the view name. The Views toolbar is not open by default.

To open the Views toolbar:
  1. From the Tools menu, choose Customize. The Customize dialog box opens.
  2. Click the Toolbar tab.
  3. Select the Views check box.
About Legends

RiskyProject has Legends that are associated sheets and charts in each view.Legends are keys to graphic notation used by RiskyProject. Legends are very useful when you are first learning RiskyProject; however, as it take up some screen space, you can turn m off when you no longer require.

To enable or disable legends in an open project:
  1. To enable legends in active document (project) choose View > Legends.
To enable or disable legends by default:
  1. From Tools menu, choose Options.
    Or
    Click Options button on toolbar. The Options dialog box opens.
  2. Click View tab.
  3. Locate Show or hide startup views group box at bottom of dialog box.
  4. Select Legends check box to open Workflow bar by default.
    Or
    Clear Legends check box to hide Workflow bar by default.
