How to use BCL Jade

1. After installation, simply launch Adobe Acrobat and you will find Jade zoning button and a new menu item called "Plug-Ins"
   
   
2. Open the PDF document which data you want to extract
   
   
3. Press the zoning button. Your cursor will become a cross-hair.
   
   
4. Create a zone around the data you want to extract. Jade automatically detects the content of the zone as text, table, or graphic. To manually select the type, double click on the zone and select the appropriate type
   
   
5. You can create as many zones as you like. When you save the document, the zones will also be saved
   
   
6. To extract a single zone, you can drag and drop the zone to the target application. Alternatively, you can press "Control-C" to copy the content and "Control-P" to paste it in the target application
   
   
7. To extract all the zones you've created, go to Plug-Ins > BCL Jade > Extract All Zones...
