What are Friends
Friends are unlockable characters that will assist Cactus Bruce throughout his journey to defeat the Hoollabanger Corp. Most friends are grabable and either attacks the monkey, bricks, or both. Other friends provide extra objects for Bruce to use.
- Dan the Feather-weight Gnome (lvl 1): Timid Dan hides up in the cloud far away from danger. However from time to time, he'll parachute down a Flowerpot for Bruce's disposal. Grab the flowerpot and smack the monkey hard for a jaw-breaking takedown.
- Billy the Elastic Blowfish (lvl 3): Although Billy may be swimming peacefully under Bruce, once a Monkey touches the fish, Billy will leap out of the water. At that chance, use your One Ton Claw Machine and grab Billy. Launch him and you'll see why he's one of the best friend to have.
- Marvin the Explosive Snowman (lvl 6): Oh its Marvin coming from the sky! He's always here to help Bruce so expect Marvin to show up pretty frequently. Although gentle in nature, when Marvin touches any Anchor Brick, he'll explode and shoot off freezing snowflakes, which can take any monkey down. Don't worry, Marvin lives again and pretty soon, he'll be parachuting down to help Bruce once more.
- Petey the Pudgy Pigeon (lvl 9): Petey enjoys eating frequently, hence his chubby nature. It also benefits Bruce since Petey cannot fly too fast, thus he's quite easy to catch. Launch Petey to a monkey and Petey will knock the primate down with its voluptuous body. Not only that, Petey will then fly to two other monkeys and knock them down before he flies away - probably off to dinner.
- Mozart the Bonus Giving Goblin (lvl 14): Every time Bruce destroys an Anchor Brick, there is a chance a Bonus Item will drop. Mozart has decided to add two new bonuses to aid Bruce. Grab the Pandora Box for a chance to use a random object. Grab the Flaming Banana for raining bananas!
- Simon the Trojan Horse (lvl 19): Simon will make his entrance from the sky, just like Marvin. Because Simon is composed of heavy woods, he'll fall down quite fast. If you get your chance to grab Simon, launch him off to any anchor brick. He'll destroy any brick in one blow, let it be red, silver, or blue brick. Simon can destroy a maximum of three anchor bricks and will go through infinite weaker bricks.
- Oahz the Time Machine (lvl 25): Oahz appears much less frequently in the game than his flying counterpart: Petey. However, what makes up for his cameo appearance is his balanced power. Grab Oahz and 20 seconds will be added to your timer. When you have Oahz in your claw, all incoming projectiles will slow down to a snail's pace through his defensive time slowing power. Launch Oahz to a brick and damage it. His physical damage is equivalent to launching a banana.
