  1. Are your games Windows XP compatible?
    Zuma Deluxe runs on Windows XP, but you need to have administrator rights to install and run the games properly.

    Right click on the shortcut for the game, select properties, check off 'Run this Program in Compatibility Mode. Select Windows 98. You do not need to select any display limitations. Choose Always run this program in Compatibility mode.


  2. The Global Star CD with Bejeweled & Alchemy will not install on Windows XP.
    Please install the patch before installing the CD onto Windows XP.

  3. I get an error when I try to open or run the installer program.
    Please delete the setup file, clear your temporary internet cache, and download the game again. Please disable any download accelerators you may be using, as they are often the cause of corrupt files.

  4. When I launch a Deluxe title, I get a 'No Page to Display' error or a blank screen.
    To fix this error start your Internet Explorer and go to Tools, Internet Options. Click on the Connections tab, then click on the Lan Settings box, uncheck the "Automatically detect settings" and "use automatic configuration script" boxes. Below that make sure the Proxy server box is unchecked as well.

    Please make sure you do not have a popup blocker or firewall configured to deny the games access to the internet.

    Make sure your internet browser security settings are not set too high. Go to Tools, Internet Options, Security,and set the Internet setting to default level.
