Frequently Asked Questions - Metal Knights

  1. I'm stuck with a ship in my city! Now what...?
Well... that was indeed a bad move from you at the start! You should not buy a ship in a non coastal city! Although this makes an excellent and cheap defense strategy, if that was not your goal, you can still do something about it. Unless we're taking about a Cargo ship, you can move your ship to the water by using a Transport unit. Move your Transport next to the city, and move the ship on it. If we're talking about a Cargo unit, then you're really stuck with it! You should buy Cargo units in a city or base next to the water ONLY, otherwise you'll have nothing to do but to sell your Cargo ship or leave it for defense.

  2. How you blast those nasty Porcupines?
Porcupines neither attack nor counter-attack, but have a great defense strengh. This makes Porcupine an excellent defensive unit since it's so cheap. To destroy them, you need more firepower. A Tiger unit can do the job (obtained with the forth university) if you surround the Porcupine with MANY of your units. By sourrounding the enemy, you gain 10% in strengh for each unit you have touching the target! Or wait and buy an Artillery unit, which should destroy 'em with one blast...

  3. What's the point of buying Radar? Doesn't look that useful to me
Some units like the Porcupine and the Shark become visible on the field with a Radar. But the main advantage is that you can see into an enemy's Base, City, transporting unit or any other spot where they might be hidden or stacked units. This is a must have before planning any of your attacks!
