Reversi is a strategic boardgame which involves play by two parties on eight-by-eight square grid with black and white chips.

Rules

Each of two colors corresponds to one player. Game begins with four chips placed in a square in the middle of the grid. Blacks makes the first moves.

Black player must place a chip on the board, in such position that there exists at least one straight (horizontal, vertical or diagonal) line between the new chip and another black chip, with one or more contiguous white chips between them.

After placing the chip, blacks captures all white chips lying on a straight line between the new chip and any anchoring black chip.

White player operates under the same rules.

If one player cannot make a valid move, play passes back to the other player.

When neither player can move, the game ends. This usualy occurs when the grid filled up, or when one player has no more chips on the board. The player with more chips on the board at the end wins.

Game Modes

There are four game modes in the game:

Tournament

You will play 9 games with different opponents. One who will get more score points will be the winner.

Tournament

You must win 7 games in a row to become the reversi champion.

Two Players

Play with another human. This can be more interesting then playing with AI.

Time Trial

You are limited by the time. Try to win before the time over.

Difficulty Modes

There are four difficulty modes in the game: novice, amateur, expert and master.
