Frequently Asked Questions - Flip Words

1. Why can't I download new phrases?
   If you have firewall software installed, you may need to configure it to allow the game to communicate with the internet. Or, if you have version 1.x of the game (press Ctrl+A to see the version number) you may need to upgrade to version 2.x.
   
   
2. Why don't my option settings and/or save games work when I exit and run the game again?
   If you have the "eSellerate" version of the game (press Ctrl+A and look for the "ESL" in the version number) you may need to re-install the latest "eSellerate" version of the game.
