How to use MySlideShow to burn a CD?

The program allows you to burn a slide show CD that can be played on another PC computer. This feature is available only on computers running Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later. If you're running another Windows version or want to burn an autorun CD or DVD disk manually, just copy an output slide show file and autorun .inf created by the Tools/Output/CD Slide Show menu to a blank CD or DVD disk using your CD/DVD buring software.

To burn a CD

  1. Create a new slide show project or open an existing one.

  2. Select the Tools menu and click Autorun CD.

  3. Select Output type.

If you select the Single executable file option, the program copies and packs all source image and audio files into one executable file. If you select the Set of files option, the program places source image and audio files into separate subfolders on the CD.

  4. On the Images tab, select the Resize slide images checkbox if you want the program to make slide images smaller.

If your source images have a resolution larger than the one you indicate in the New size selector, MyslideShow will resize them. Smaller images will be kept in their original sizes.

  5. Insert a blank CD-R or CD-RW disc or erase a used CD-RW disc by the Erase button.

  6. Click on the Start button.
