  3. With your software will I be able to create an album with background music and various transitions between photos that I can burn onto a CD?
Yes, you will. If you build with media files, you just burn the output file (.src or .exe) onto your CD. If you build without media files , you have to select the "Local media files" AND "Look for media files in runtime directory." build options in output tab of PSSB , please keep the output file and media files in the same directory when your burn them onto a CD.

  4. Can I Convert bmp files to jpeg files or jpeg files to bmp file ?
Yes. A build in image convert tool lets you do that easily. Just add your image files and set the output path, then click the "bmp to jpeg" button or "jpeg to bmp" button that is all. Icon files also can be converted to bmp files use this tool.

  5. How can I reduce the size of screensaver or picture executable file to be created?
    1. Convert your bitmap Image to a Jpeg image. You can use the build in tool convert your bmp files to jpeg files before you add them to your project. 2. Use MIDI sound files in your screensaver projects.

  6. What codecs are supported by Power Screensaver Builder when I creating movie files to be included in a screensaver?
Good question. Well, because we use the Windows Media Control Interface driver to play video movies in screensavers, what codec's are supported by PSSB is depend on what codec's have been installed to your Windows system. That is to say, if you had installed a MPEG-4 codec on your system, you can add a MPEG-4 video movie to your screensaver. Use the Windows Media Control Interface driver to play video movies can reduce the size of output file and can use all codec's on your system.

To check what codec's have been installed on your system, you can click "Start" ---->"Setting"----->"Control panel" -----> "Audio & Multimedia"---->"Device", select the "Video codec's" and click the property button. (These steps may have some difference in different Windows operating system.)

  7. Can I generate enough registration codes for my sale of screensaver without any manual labor?
Yes, you can. Open the registration key generator in the by clicking "Tools"-->"Registration Key Generator" menu , Just fill the registration seed and the count of key you want to generate and click the "Generate" tools button. That is all. Please notice that not more than 10000 keys in one time you generate.

  8. What is the maxium amount of pics I can use in a slide show screensaver?
You can add unlimited amount of picks in theory. But when you add lots of Picks (such as more then 5000) to a PSSB project and build with these picks, You will get an output file that has very big size, tat runs very slow because it takes lots of RAM. In this case, you can get the "output" tab of PSSB, select the "Local media file" and "Look for media files in runtime directory" build options to create your output file. This type of output file has small size and will look for all your media file in its runtime directory. Of course, you can also create several outputs which builder with media files and each of these output file contains not more a certain amount of picks.
