How to Install

1. Quit all applications you are currently running, including all MS office applications.
2. Open P.I.M. 2004.zip file (NOTE: You must have a file extractor such as Winzip)
3. Extract all the files to a destination folder of your choice
4. Double-Click PIMsoftware3.msi file to begin the installation process
5. Follow the installation steps until setup is complete
6. Open MS Outlook.

How to Uninstall

1. In Outlook, go to the Tools menu, then click Options.
2. Select the Other Tab
3. Click Advanced Options
4. Click COM Add-ins
5. Select P.I.M. Software V3.0 in the Add-ins available list, and then Click Remove
6. Navigate to your control panel. Click Add/Remove Programs
7. In the list of programs, highlight P.I.M. Standard Version, and click Remove
