Print/Export Cookbook



This option allows you to print and export either your entire cookbook or all of the recipes under one category. If you wish to print all of the recipes from one category, select it in the list box at the top right of the screen. If you wish to print the entire cookbook, check the box marked PRINT ALL. Other options are available as follows.

Recipes per page: Check the boxed labeled 1 RECIPE PER PAGE to print each recipe on a single piece of paper. If the boxed is not checked, the recipes will immediately follow one another.

Border properties: Select whether you would like no border, a boxed border or borders at the top and bottom.

Footer properties: For the footer you may select to have no footer, today's date or enter a custom footer in the text box. When entering your own text, enter the text and then click on the option button.

Printer Setup: This will allow you to switch printers and select the paper size and orientation that you would like for printing. This will allow you to print out recipes on index cards if your printer supports this paper size.

Export to PDF: If you would like to export your cookbook to a PDF file, choose this option and select a file name and location to save the file.

Export as RTF: If you would like to export your cookbook in RTF format for loading into a word processor, choose this option and select a file name and location to save the file.

Navigation Bar: From the navigation bar at the top, you can change the zoom and scroll through the pages of your cookbook.
