Add/Edit Ingredient

The Add/Edit ingredient dialog box contains 5 sections:

General - Enter general information about the ingredient. The serving size is a required field.

Nutrition - Enter calories, fat, protein, carbohydrates, and sugar for this ingredient. You can either enter an exact value or a percent RDA. For example, entering 10% into the field would indicated this ingredient satisfied 10% of the Recommended Daily Allowance.

Vitamins - Enter vitamin information for this ingredient. You can either enter an exact value or a percent RDA.

Minerals - Enter mineral information for this ingredient. You can either enter an exact value or a percent RDA.
