Create a new album
You'll see special dialog allowing you to add new album into existing Albums Repository.
- Firstly, press butoon "Folder..." to choose a location of your new photoalbum. For example you may choose "Desktop\My Computer\My Documents".. This folder will be root one for your pictures. I.e. all new pictures will be copied into this album.
- In Album name field please type your album name. Sub-Folder with this name will be created in your Folder. For example: "Desktop\My Computer\My Documents\My New PhotoAlbum". So, please do not use symbols like "*", "?" and some other special characters in the album name field.
- You may add information about album author (you!) or you may add album's comments by just pressing buttons "Insert Album Comments" and "Insert Author Information". Later you'll be able to look at this info in a Statistics dialog by choosing menu item File > File Information.
- You may protect your album and all included pictures by password. Just mark a box "Protect album by password". After pressing OK button, SFA will ask you to enter the password. Please note, that all pictures to be inserted into your password-protected album will be ENCRYPTED. You'll be able to disable this password by choosing menu item "File > Unlock Password".
- Press OK button to create your new album.
Insert a picture into album
when you have an existing album you should fill it by your pictures.
- Firstly you should create a special pictures Box. For this purpose just choose from menu Box->New.. For example "My USA Trip".
- Secondly, you should create a category-folder. From menu choose Box->Folders->Create New... For example "New York", "Myrtle Beach" .. etc.
- Then from menu choose Box->Folders->Pictures->Insert New...

- How to protect individual pictures by password?
You may protect only individual pictures by password. For example you may have a big album with pictures available for all people but you can protect only one or more pictures by password. Just click picture by your right mouse button and choose from context menu "Set Password...", or choose this menu item from Box->Folders->Pictures->Set Password...
- How to open an existing album?
All digital SFA albums are stored in a special Albums Repository. Well, on start program or when you choose menu item "File > Open.." you will see "Open album" dialog. In Albums Repository field you'll see several icons (your existing photoalbums) and special icon "Create New Album...".
- For opening existing album just double-click album's icon in the albums repository.
- To create new album double click "Create New Album..." icon.
- To import information about other digital album (that does not exist in your repository yet), just press button "Insert Album into Repository".
- How to protect album by password?
You may protect your digial photo album by password. It will restrict access to your private pictures to another persons. All pictures in the protected album are encrypted by strong cryptographical military algorithm DES.
To protect album, just choose from menu "File > Set Password...". You will be able do disable this password in a future by choosing menu item "File->Unlock password".
Please note, that you are able to protect only individual pictures by password and keep all other pictures not protected.
