To import contacts from a database:
  1. on the File menu, select Import Contacts to open the Import Contacts dialog
  2. Press the Folder button and browse for the database
  3. From the Import to group dropdown menu, select the group you want to import to.
  4. Specify the options then click the Next button.


Include an attachement in your message:
  1. Click anywhere in the message window.
  2. On the Insert menu, click Attachment..., and then find the file you want to attach.
  3. Select the file, and then click Open.
  4. The file is listed in the Attach box in the message header.


Insert an image:
  1. To insert an image, click the place in the message where you want the image to appear.
  2. On the Insert menu, click Image and then click Browse to find the image file.
  3. Enter Layout and Spacing information for the image file as needed.
  4. You can also click on the Image toolbar button, to insert an image.
Insert hyperlink:
  1. Highlight the text in the message where you want the hyperlink to appear.
  2. To add a hyperlink, on the Insert menu, click Hyperlink. Select the link type, and then type the location or address of the link.
  3. You can also click on the Insert hyperlink toolbar button, to insert a hyperlink
Insert date/time:
  1. Click the place where you want the date/time to appear.
  2. On the Insert menu, click Date/Time to insert the current date and time.
  3. You can also click on the Date/Time toolbar button, to insert the current date and time.
