1. I'm installing Longclasp Email Router using the windows installer. The program display an error dialog with message "No Java Virtual Machine found." After I click the OK button, It existed and the installation terminate.
   
   In order to install and run Longclasp Email Router, you must install JRE or JDK 1.4 or later. If you did not have JRE (JDK) installed, the installer cannot continue and exited with the above message.
   If you do not have JRE (JDK), please download from http://java.sun.com/.
   
   
2. Can I use my email client? Is there POP3/SMTP available for agent seats? Is the agent web interface is the only choice?
