How to use LAN Chat Enterprise
- Download Lan Chat Enterprise on the website and install it on your computer.
- Click "start > programs > Lan Chat Enterprise to run this program.
- Choose a local machine you want to communicate with and click the "fixed address" and then begin you chatting.
- You can click the buttons on the interface to set the program.
Quick Star
The window of interactive users. In this part of the window you can see the list of users who are on-line at the present moment and on whose computers the program is in working regime. Clicking the right mouse button on the user's name opens the contextual menu.
The field of address. In this field you can automatically type in the address of your interlocutor. You can get the address, when clicking left mouse button on the user's name in the window of the users working in the interactive regime at the moment (the window of interactive users). After you once have had communicated with a certain user, from this time on his address will be included into the falling down list of the field of address.
The field of address is filled automatically, when the user is sending you a message, so that you don't have to type in his address before replying. It is necessary to type in the address in hand if your interlocutor is in distant network and you cannot see his name in the list of interactive users. You can simply type in his IP address and double click the left mouse button on the field of address. Then if the user is on-line you will have the reply to signal that communication is possible.
The field for entering messages. Here you can type in your text. On finishing typing in your message, press the button , and then the message will be sent to the addressee. If you don't want to send the text you have typed, if you need simply to go to the next line, press the buttons + .
