  1. I can't see febooti ieZoom toolbar. How can I make it visible?
    First of all, make sure that ieZoom browser toolbar is installed. It can be easily done by clicking on Windows Start button and choosing Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs. Try to locate febooti ieZoom toolbar. If it is not listed there, try to install it from your hard drive or download toolbar from febooti website.

  2. It is impossible to move / resize toolbar, it seems to be locked. How do I unlock IE toolbars?
    clicking View - Toolbars and clicking Lock the Toolbars option.

  3. I see only part of ieZoom toolbar. How to resize / shrink / expand toolbar?
    Only part of ieZoom toolbar appears on screen while it seems that the rest goes beyond screen borders. How do I resize / shrink / expand toolbar?

    Generally, it should not be a problem to move browser toolbar to a different location and provide it a bit of space, by putting it below all other toolbars. However, in order to preserve visible content part of Internet Explorer window, user might want to distribute toolbars wisely, putting them each next to other. In this case, it might appear to be smart idea to resize IE toolbars to optimum dimensions.

    febooti ieZoom toolbar can not be resized in regular way, however it is possible to add or remove some controls from it. By default, ieZoom browser toolbar allows to choose between two layouts, namely Standard Layout and Advanced Layout that contain basic and extended functionality, respectively. Alternatively, user can create toolbars Custom Layout, depending on his particular practical approach to toolbar usage. Namely, if ieZoom toolbar is used for printing web pages, almost no toolbar buttons are necessary; or if ieZoom browser toolbar is used to zoom in or out web pages, only Zoom Controls are necessary etc.

    It should be noted that besides using ieZoom browser toolbar buttons by clicking on them with mouse cursor, it is also possible to use toolbars keyboard predefined or custom shortcuts.


  4. I would like to move toolbar to another location within IE menu bar / toolbar band. How do I move IE toolbars?
    Sometimes when default layout of IE toolbars does not suit users requirements it might come at hand to create custom layout. Since not only febooti ieZoom toolbar, but also standard browser controls, such as Menu Bar, Standard Buttons, Address Bar, Links etc. are essentially toolbars, it is possible to move all of them around to find most convenient place for each of them.

    To move browser toolbars, first it is necessary to make sure that IE toolbars are not locked. Check in View - Toolbars if Lock the Toolbars option is disabled. When browser toolbars are unlocked, there are special handles at left side of each toolbar by which it is possible both to recognize separate toolbar control group and to move toolbar.

    To move browser toolbar, just point at IE toolbars handle with mouse cursor, push left mouse button and drag toolbar to its new location. When all adjustments are done, it is reasonable to enable Lock the Toolbars option in order to preserve custom toolbar layout from accidental modification.
