2. Can I make up my own library of comments and have access to them each time I write reports?
   When you use the Report Designer for the second and third terms and even the next year, you can just load your old files from your hard drive and edit them to reflect the current term's reporting categories. .
   
   
3. When I copy my reports into my word processor, can I then make any other changes such as adding a header and a footer and putting category titles in bold?
   Because the reports are generated to plain text format you can add any formatting you choose
