Frequently Asked Questions - Captain Tray Pro

  1. How to place a window into system tray automatically when it is started?
Click the needed window in the 'Manager' list and click the teleport? button on the operation bar. In the dialog box to follow set the verification term (a window or an executed file) and its destination (system tray or hideboard).

  2. Captain Tray Pro has been set to hidden state. How shall I operate with it now ?
When in hidden state, Captain Tray Pro functions are available through hot keys.

  3. Does Captain Tray Pro support other languages, besides English?
It does. A language can be chosen in the 'Interface' tab of 'Options' dialog box. If you haven't found your mother tongue in the list you can create the translation file yourself taking the english.ini file as a pattern. Then contact us. If your translation is approved you'll be registered for FREE.

  4. Can I limit the access to Captain Tray Pro?
Yes, you can. To do that choose the 'Lock...' entry in the main menu and enter a password in the dialog box. After that you'll get access to the program only if you enter the password again.

  5. How to place all the applications to system tray when they are started?
To do that it's necessary to open the 'Teleport' tab of the 'Options' dialog box, mark the 'Place all windows to' function, and choose 'system tray' entry from the list.
