  1. Do I get free software upgrades and new releases?

  2. I've lost the registered installation file. What shall I do?

  3. I've lost my license code. What could I do?
    We are happy to provide you with a copy of your license code. If you are still using the same e-mail address that was used to order the product you can visit the pages below to have a copy sent to you automatically.

  4. When will I receive my license code information after purchasing?
    When purchasing by credit card, you will immediately receive your registration and license code information via email. If the product is purchased using one of our alternative billing methods, you will receive your registration and license code information as soon as the payment has been received and cleared.

    Please note some small delays may occur in verifying your credit card details under some circumstances.
