  1. My full version has switched back into "unregistered" after update.
    Solution: Uninstall your current version once again. Make sure that the directory has been fully deleted. Now please download the latest version once again which can be found through our Support & Information System (SIS). www.ashampoo.com/support & (click on your product) Now, please install the downloaded version and enter your purchased keycode that you have received within your confirmation mail once again to unlock it to its full potential again.

  2. I entered my registration key but the program title bar still says 'Unregistered'.
    Solution: The "Unregistered" message is normal for the free trial key version. This message is only removed by entering the full version key you are sent when you purchase the program Sometimes, however, a registry error occurs when you enter the free trial key and the Enter Reg Key item in the Internet menu is greyed out so that you cannot enter your full version key. If this happens please send us an eMail to Ashampoo support and we will help you solve the problem.

  3. I've lost my registration key and I need to reinstall the program.
    Solution: Don't worry, we can help you! Just click here to send us an e-mail with the following information: Your full name (First Name, Surname) The e-mail address you used to buy your copy of your Ashampoo product. The name of the online store where you bought your copy of your Ashampoo product. If you can't remember something write to us anyway, we will probably be able to help you out with the information from our registration records!

  4. I'm not satisfied with the program and I want a refund.
    Solution: We're sorry that our program didn't satisfy you. Since we always do our utmost to ensure that our programs meet our customer's expectations we'd really appreciate it if you would tell us why you're not happy when you send us your refund request. This will help us to improve our products and, hopefully, to regain your business. The money is managed through the online shop where you bought the program, so we need a copy of your order confirmation to be able to process your refund request. Just send us an eMail , if possible with a description of why you're not satisfied with the program and how we can improve it.   5. I used the recommendation service, but I received it in another Language. Is there a problem?
    Solution: Open your browser settings and then the settings for temporary internet files. Set the cache size to 1MB and tell the browser to refresh everytime entering a site. Save the changes and clear your temporarily files. Then close your browser, open it again and try again.
