  1. Can I activate a tiral version using my registration E-mail and key code?
    Yes. A trial version of any Aimersoft product can be activated by the registration info you received after the purchase.

  2. How long does it take to get the registration info after I purchase the program?
    If you have successfully placed an order, a confirmation E-mail will be sent to you immediately. And the registration info will E-mailed to you within the next couple of hours. If you haven't received the registration E-mail 24 hours after you get the confirmation E-mail, please contact us at support@aimersoft.com.

  3. How do I convert an audio clip from my movie?
    You can captuer and convert an audio clip from your movie by the "Trim Movie" feature of our program. Click the "Trim" icon and set the start time and end time of the clip you want to convert. Or you can just select a title or just a few chapters in your DVD to convert the audio from the selected chapters or titles.

  4. How do I rip my DVD audio into one file?
    To rip your DVD audio into one file, you can just check the "Merge into one file" option next to the DVD audio selection option, and the converted files will be converted into a single file. By default, the the merged file is named after the first selected file (either a title or a chapter).
