The "HDX4 Movie Creator" provides you with a complete solution for creating and playing digital video on your PC. Beside a converting solution, it contains the full versions of the HDX4 codec, a player for common audio and video files and container formats like MP4 or 3GP.

The HDX4 codec today is the most versatile MPEG-4 implementation available. HDX4 features fastest video de- and encoding in comparison to all other competing solutions available on the market. HDX4 supports all common resultions: Starting with 32 x 32 to 1920 x 1080 (HDTV) and even more. HDX4 support PAL, NTSC, Wide Screen, CIF, QCIF and all popular resolutions as well as custom user-defined screen sizes

Using the powerful software "HDX4 Movie Creator" you can convert many files and media types directly into the HDX4 format. To reach the video quality of a two hour MPEG-2 (DVD) movie, only one 650MB CD-R disc is needed!

HDX4 was designed to deliver DVD (MPEG 2) quality at a lower bit rate using a smaller file size. E.g. a full-length movie in standard DVD (MPEG-2) format takes up approximately 4.7 gigabytes of space. That same movie, encoded into HDX4, needs just less than 700 megabytes - making it compact enough to fit on a standard CD-R (W).

HDX4 dramatically advances audio and video compression, enables the interoperable distribution of content and provides a scalable and unified framework for a wide variety of different devices, e.g. mobile phones, handhelds, PDAs, TV set-top boxes, DVD players, PCs and many more.
