1. What is the system requirement?
   You will need a Pentium 450 PC or higher, 64MB RAM or more. The operating system should be Windows 98, Windows ME,or Windows 2000/Windows XP . Directx 7.0 or later(8.0 for DVD Player).Windows Media Player 7.1 or later.
   
   
2. Does MPEG4 Direct Maker use a lot of hard disk space when making divx/avi/wmv/mpeg-1?
   No! MPEG4 Direct Maker is very small so please have no worries about the hard disk space! Unlike other converting software, MPEG4 Direct Maker make divx/avi/wmv/mpeg/mp4 files directly.It does not generate a temporary file.
   
   
3. I am using VCD/MPG/AVI/ASF/WMV/VOB Converter,but I got an up side down video.How can i correct it?
   1 You can try to change the video flip option if the codec support it.Option Menu=>Setup Decoder/Filter=>XVID Decoder(or something like it).
   
   2 You can try to change the Image Mode:Option Menu=>Select Image Mode=>RGB24.
   
   
4. Why the resulted audio is very low or abnormal when I convert an AVI with AC3 audio?
   Generally speaking, the AC3 audio needs AC3Filter to do decoding. This codec includes some configurations. You can adjust the audio level or something else by this configuration. At first you need to open the original file and then click Option =>Setup Decoder/Filter=>AC3Filter.
   
   
5. I have a VCD file. I want to get a result file with only a certain audio channel. How to do?
   First you need to open the original file and then click Option =>Setup Decoder/Filter=>MPEG Audio Decoder. Note: you need to reopen the file before the setting takes effect.
