1. What kind of image format does Flash SlideShow Builder support?
   Flash SlideShow Builder supports many common image formats like JPG, JPEG, BMP, TIF, TIFF, PNG, ICO, etc. But Flash SlideShow Builder doesn't support GIF image format.
   
   
2. Is there a limitation on the number of pictures I can add?
   The number of pictures is limited to 200 pictures. You can only add up to 200 pictures at one time.
   
   
3. What's the difference between "Photo Description" and "Funny Text"?
   The 'Photo Description' appears at the bottom of the theme if there's a theme. Or it will come up at the bottom of the photos. 'Funny Text' can be placed anywhere on the photo. In the 'Text Settings' window, use mouse to move the text to wherever you want on the photo.
   
   
4. How to change the duration or/and transition time of multiple pictures at one time?
   Open Flash SlideShow Builder, add pictures to the 'Storyline', move mouse to highlight multiple pictures (press Ctrl+A to select all pictures), and random change one of their duration or/and transition time, then all the highlighted pictures' duration or/and transition time are changed.
   
   
5. How to preview the transition effects of multiple pictures in the Effect page?
   In Flash SlideShow Builder, on Effect panel, move mouse cursor to highlight multiple pictures, and then click the button 'Effect Preview' to view the transition effects of the selected pictures.
   
   To view a single effect, highlight one transition effect icon and double-click it.
   
   
6. How to delete the effect as I don't want the effect?
   Open Flash SlideShow Builder --- Import pictures --- In the storyline, highlight the effect thumbnails between pictures, and press Delete key on the keyboard to remove them.
   
   
7. The flash file imported in the "Theme" doesn't work very well. Why?
   Open Flash SlideShow Builder, on the Theme page, click button 'Customize'. You will be prompted by a small dialog box, press OK to enter into next Window 'Theme Designer-Untitle'. Click button More on the below, right corner to import swf file.
   
   If the imported swf file is too complicated or its size is very large, Flash SlideShow Builder may not run it properly. In such case, a suggestion is to import a relatively simpler or smaller flash file instead.
   
   
8. What is supposed to do if I encounter "there is an error in connection with server" when publishing as on-line album?
   The problem is quite associated with your network disability or congestion. Please fix the problem by checking the box on "Use the IE Proxy Settings" in the window of "Online Album Publishing Wizard".
   
   If checking on the box "Use the IE Proxy Settings" does not solve your problem, try again when the net connection is better, or examine whether your computer has been connected to the Internet well.
