  1. Error. You can start again, or 'Press the play button'.
    After opening the DVD, choose Reset All from the Options Menu.
    Make sure the main movie plays in preview when you hit action..
    Hit 'Action'. If the error returns, restart your PC to free up memory.

  2. The software hangs and doesn't start Step 2.
    Low memory is causing this. Restart your PC and choose Special\'Step 2 Run' from the Options Menu.

  3. I get an error 'Sample not found, or audio decoding error'
    Bypass the error by answering the'continue?' question with 'Yes'.
    If you experience audio dropouts in the final movie, see solution number 3 online.

  4. Sound is behind the video. It is not synchronised.
    Some DVDs cause the video and audio to go out of sync. If you have such a DVD, open it, go to the Options Menu, and choose Extra Features.
    In the window that opens, go to Miscellaneous, check 'Audio/Video sync'.


  5. My DVD holds multiple episodes or short films, but only one is shown in the selection window.
    Goto the Options Menu, choose Extra Features. In the window that opens look under Video Settings and click on Index. You can choose each episode you want to convert seperately.
