How to use Video Conversion Expert

  1. Click "Convert".

  2. Click "Browse" to choose the source file needed to be converted, The file can be previewed by clicking "Play".

  3. Choose the time range of the source file, set the start time and the end time, and then click "Set". If you need convert the entire source file, let it alone.

  4. Choose conversion format and set the output size and framerate. When you choose "AVI", you can select codec and choose "divx" or "xvid" or you can choose from combobox.

  5. Set the output filename. Click "Browse" and type in the filename, then click "Save".

  6. Click "OK", and this task has been added into the task manager. Its status in the task manager is "Waiting".

  7. If you want to execute this task, click "Execute". The execution status of this task is displayed in "Progress", including the source filename, the execution progress, time used, time left, the frames that has been dealt with, and so on.
How to split:
  1. Click "Split".
  2. Click "Browse", and choose the source file needed to be splitted.
  3. Set the division clip number.
  4. Set the start time and the end time of each clip and the output filename.
  5. Choose conversion format and set the output size and output filename.
  6. Click "OK", and this task has been add into the task manager.
  7. Click "Execute".
How to join:
  1. Click "Join".
  2. Click "Insert File" and add the source file.
  3. Set the start time and the end time of the current source file in time range in the top right corner, and then click "set". If you need process the entire file, let it alone.
  4. Click "Insert File" to add the second source file, and set its time range.
  5. Choose conversion format and set the output size and output filename.
  6. Click "OK".
  7. Click "Execute".
