1. Can not convert, what's wrong?
   If you can not convert a AVI to Mpeg, it probably that the AVI is not really in AVI format. It may be a Mpeg or any other format, just with "*.AVI" file extension. You should try to convert it to AVI with "ALL to AVI" or "ALL to Divx" first, and then convert to Mpeg as your need. If you can play it, then WinMPG Video Convert can convert it!
   
   
2. No sound ?
   In most time, WinMPG Video Convert will convert video first, and then convert audio, and finally mix video and audio to a valid media file. So if you cancel the conversion, the output file maybe no sound.
   
   
3. How to convert QuickTime MOV to AVI ?
   Please press "All to AVI" button to convert QuickTime MOV MP4 to AVI. After conversion, you can play you movie with Windows Media Player. You need install QuickTime 6.0 or later to support this.
