1. How to speed up the processing rate?
   If you have set the video effect such as brightness, contrastness and saturation, our program would take a little long time to convert, resuling in the low encoding speed.
   
2. Even if I have cropped the image screen, but there is still black border on my Apple TV.
   It works normally. The reason is you may have checked both Resolution and Full screen at the same time. To fit your screen, our program would fill the rest of the border with black.
   
3. Why is the property displayed as 'Unknown' when the video is imported?
   This would happen if our program can't read the length of your Video. As a default setting, the estimated size, duration, and trim length would be marked as 'Unknown'. Therefore, you can trim the video since our program can't seek the point you located. However, the video can be converted as an complete unit without any trim operation.
