1. Some AVI files can't be read or split, why?
   There may be many reasons for such a problem.
   In most cases the problem occurs because the proper codec can't be detected. you should download and install missing AVI video codecs.
   
   
2. While splitting video files some clips are not split at the exact length specified, why?
   Ideally we want frame-by-frame accuracy.
   But as you know this will corrupt the keyframe structure.
   So VideoCharge will use the keyframe as the split point.
