5. What happens after I send in the order ?
   You will receive an email confirming shortly after sending the online order form. Then, within 24 hours, you will receive a second email with your registration code.
   Then you can use the registration code to unlock the unregistered version. Please be careful to enter the registration code, for it is case sensitive, using copy and paste is recommended.

6. Why should I use DivX Subtitle Displayer ?
   For the DivX movie do not support subtitle, so there is always an external subtitle file with a DivX movie. DivX Subtitle Displayer is the tool to display the subtitle for you while playing DivX movie.
   
   
7. When I load a subtitle, I got an error "subtitle format not supported" ?
   Current version of DivX Subtitle Displayer supports almost all the porpular subtitle format, but there is still some new format not supported. So if you get a new subtitle format, please email to support@cooolsoft.com, we will support it as soon as quickly, don't forget to include the subtitle file as attachment when emailing.
   
   
8. What is the function of "continued play file" ?
   Typically one DivX movie has one subtitle file, but sometime you will get one subtitle file which has several DivX movie files, then after played the first movie, you should use the "continued play file" function to play the rest movie files.
