1. Why some channels don't work?
   1).Please make sure you have connected to Internet first.
   2).Please also make sure you have installed the last version of Microsoft Media Player and RealPlayer.
   
   
2. Why I need Microsoft Media Player and RealPlayer?
   Internet TV & Radio Player uses Windows Media Player and RealPlayer's codec to present the television and radio signals. After installing Microsoft Media Player and RealPlayer ,then you can install Internet TV & Radio Player.
   
   
3. Why some channel's image quality is poor and not continuity?
   The picture quality dependents on the output of the station broadcasting. Video will not look comparable to normal TV unless the station broadcasts at a high rate (>150k). You must also have a fast enough connection to view a high speed station.
   
   
4. How to exit Full Screen mode?
   To exit Full Screen mode, please use the [ESC] ("escape") key on your keyboard or double click full windows.
