To start recording a web cam session, select the session from the list by clicking on it.
The 'Start Recording" button will become enabled.


Click the "Start Recording" and you will be prompted for a file name.
Select the directory and give the file a name of your choice.


Select the compression method, compression quality and otherwise configure the
compression method you wish to use and click Ok to start recording.
