How to navigate in your video?
  • To advance to the next K frame press Next K Frame button, or choose Edit -> Next K Frame menu item from Menu bar. You can use shortcut key (Right arrow) also.

  • To change the position to the previous K frame, press Previous K Frame button, or choose Edit -> Previous K Frame menu item. Shortcut key (Left arrow) also available.

  • Left click mouse on the timeline at desired position.

  • Type in desired time into edit box in Navigation controls in HH:MM:SS.mS format. Position will be automatically adjusted to the nearest K frame.

How to fix audio/video synchronization?

Solveig Multimedia Video Splitter is designed to split media files without loosing audio/video synchronization. However some media files are loosing synchronization after splitting. To avoid loosing sync, you may try to do the following:

  1. Open your video file.
  2. Define fragments you want to keep in final movie.
  3. Go to Menu bar and check Control -> Obey Sample times menu item.
  4. Continue splitting process as usual.
