How and when will I receive my version 2006 upgrade?
Customers who ordered any previous version before February 2007 may upgrade to version 2007 for a special price and receive the upgrade information instantly after successful completion of the order.

Customers who ordered previous version between February and May 2007 are eligible for a free upgrade. The upgrade information can be retrieved via our Full Version Replacement form.
How do I copy settings from version 2006 to 2007?
The steps are pretty the same as when moving to another computer:

In version 2006, on the Options menu, click Export Settings.
Please carefully read the instructions displayed after you click Save.
Copy the files containing your settings in a safe place.
Uninstall the old version and install the new one.
Restore settings from the backup as previously instructed.
The internal preview does not refresh.
Open Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options. On the General tab, below the home page options, locate Temporary Internet Files section and click Settings. Select Every visit to the page and click OK.
The FTP does not work. How do I fix it?

Please carefully go through the following checklist.
Check your FTP data carefully
Double check your FTP connection data - host, username and password.
Make sure that your firewall allows the connection
Make sure that your firewall software is either turned off or configured so that the code editor is allowed to access the internet.

Try FTP passive mode
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, configure FTP to run in passive mode:

On the File menu click Open from FTP.
Click Options.
On the General tab, enable Use Passive FTP mode.
