This software may be good for iPhone versions below 4.01 but one of the programs in the 5.2 package release, particularly the iPhone Transfer Utility, was apparently not checked before release as it does not work at all. Aiseesoft Support is the poorest communicators and do nothing but give you a run-around.
You will notice at their Home Page contact us page there is no voice contact to be found.
After taking screen shots of the product as they requested, there was still no response about a refund of the purchase price that they themselves acknowledged the software doesnt work.
They advertise a 30 day Guarentee and apparently dont wish to live up to the Guarentee.
Beware of this company.
