Upon contacting them I was told that they are aware of the problem and "don't worry". Just keep using the D9 to D5 part of the software and the D9 issue would be fixed with an update. The next scheduled update is 11/5/2011. At that time, my one year free update will have expired and in the meantime I have useless software. I also own DVD Cloner VI for PC's and it works great. The Cloner for MAC is a much less refined version. Avoid it at all costs. You'll be sorry if you buy this one! DVD-Cloner for Mac 1.5 Reviewed by Xtine on May 23, 2010  I liked it better than Wondershare for Mac. I deleted Wondershare (waste of $) after I purchased DVD ClonerVII for Mac. More options for sure. Review DVD-Cloner for Mac 2.70 now and share your experience with other users.
