Is used by municipalities of the Moscow area, other locales of Russia, and also commercial organizations. The PC Arenda? provides:
* Support of the registries of objects of the lease, leasers, rent payments, electronic documents including graphics images connected to the lease arrangements;
* Automized account of the rent, balance, fine, outgoing from the customized characteristics of consumer qualities of the object of the lease;
* Automized creation of documents and reports;
